Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., is currently seeking all levels of Availability Work Package (AWP) Analysts “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, Virginia. 


Junior level candidates require 1-5 years of relevant experience.
Mid-level candidates require 6-14 years of relevant experience.
Senior-level candidates require 15 or more years of relevant experience.
 
Experience Requirements:
  • Development, scheduling, planning, and tracking of surface ship depot-level maintenance and modernization work.
  • Monitoring depot-level availability schedules, including tracking schedule changes, developing schedule extension messages, and documenting and analyzing root cause data for said changes.
  • Monitoring the progress of Mandatory Technical Requirements (MTRs) upon AWP turnover from the government customer.
  • Providing support for deferral management, including production of deferral letters for TYCOM in support of mandatory assessments/work, collaboration with community stakeholders, and documentation of decisions in After Action Reports (AARs).
  • Reviewing cost estimates for planned repairs and alterations.
  • Participating in and/or contributing to availability duration studies.
  • Planning and participating in meetings and events to include: TYCOM depot- level availability planning conferences, Life Cycle Planning Conferences, Mid-Cycle reviews, AWP turnover meetings, IPTD meetings, AWP close-out meetings, Surface Team One Knowledge Sharing Network forums, milestone meetings for advanced planning, and CNO availability work planning meetings.
  • Monitoring the depot-level planning process to ensure required maintenance is scheduled to correct Departures from Specifications.
  • Using multiple data sources, integrate Class Maintenance Plan (CMP) assessments, maintenance requirements, inspections and certifications, modernization efforts from the Navy Modernization Process (NMP),  previously deferred maintenance, and services into the AWP.
  • Updating Maintenance and Ship Work Planning (M&SWP) and maintenance history database using completion AWP data, including financial and material history.
  • Developing technical papers; participating in meetings, conferences or discussions; and conducting analyses of historical maintenance data.
  • Developing and maintaining metrics for AWP process improvement.
 
Educational Requirements:  
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is desired but not required

Security Requirements: 
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance.
