Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst, Journeyman “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the PMA 299 program for H-60 Program and Financial Support Services, providing Acquisition, Configuration, Financial, Program Management (PM), and Information Technology (IT).

Position Description:  
Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of FMS, International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems. Provides support in developing and implementing disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release.  With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Foreign Disclosure Officer, assists and provides FMS case analysis support for a Navy Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) or cooperative program in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the SAMM and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. Provides recommendations for release of information, technology, and capabilities to a Designated Disclosure Authority (DDA) IAW national, DoD and Navy Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Board (TTSARB) policies. Assists with updates or drafting of new documentation for Navy technology transfer policy.  Review program documentation prior to release to foreign Governments. Develops documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy. Provide analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export license/technical assistance agreement development. Monitors compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develop required documentation for future phases of international programs. Coordinates engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals. Assists in resolving disclosure questions and issues. Oversees tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals. Provides support for management of foreign national visits. Develops, manages, and staffs Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs). Provides assistance and support in the management of Export Licenses Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases. Develop, participate in and/or provide International Programs Security training and awareness.

Experience Requirements: 
  • 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the position description.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience:         
  • A demonstrated working knowledge of National, DoD and DoN foreign disclosure documentation and policies, as well as process and procedures related to execution of foreign disclosure determination IAW referenced policies.
     
Educational Requirements: 
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science required.

Security Requirements:  
  • U.S Citizenship is required.
  • An active Secret clearance is required.
