Imagine One is currently seeking candidates for an immediate position supporting the SEA 21 Program.  We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to provide business and financial management support to SEA 21P. Qualified candidates will be subject to the approval of the prime contractor and/or the government client. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C. Job duties will include:
  • Drafting Task Planning Sheets and Reallocation Notices. Drafting funding documents to provide funding to other government activities and contractors.
  • Preparing ledger reports, ledger tracking, maintenance and support of specified financial management information systems and other official accounting program tracking systems for applicable appropriations.
  • Collecting, monitoring and analyzing obligation and expenditure data from various contractor and government sources and providing reports to SEA 21P.
  • Resolving problem disbursements.
  • Tracking availability funding requirements, funding documents sent to performing activities and remaining funding for executions, advance planning, and other activities.
Educational & Experience Requirements:  
  • Must have an Associate’s degree (or higher) or at least one (1) year of relevant budget/financial experience.
Security Requirements:  
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Secret Clearance
