Principal Requirements:  Imagine One is now hiring  candidates who will act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. Supervises contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.

 
  • Maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that captures team tasking in relation to on boarding new customers into the E2C VHE development and Test Environment, daily tasking associated with maintain lab operations to include Authority to Operate (ATO) in both NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments, tasking associated with testing or training events in support of Navy or other services C4I Programs of Record, and support operation to maintain overall team tasking.
  • Support new customer planning and on-boarding.
  • Provide input to twice monthly and monthly status reports to principal team sponsor, PEO-C4I.
  • Responsible for all CDRL deliverables to include Cost and Schedule Milestone Plans, Staffing Plans, Personnel Management Plans, CDAD Reports, Monthly Status Reports, and Program Financial Execution Reports, and Risk Reporting.
  • Participate in and/or lead weekly drumbeat meetings with E2C VHE customers.
  • Support the IPT Lead in areas to include CM, Procurement, Communication, Document Management, and maintenance of team tools such as JIRA (task assignment/management) and the Team Wiki (repository).
     


Experience Requirements:
 
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in the Defense acquisition, six (6) years of which were supervisory experience; three (3) years of professional experience in the Defense acquisition must have been within the previous six (6) years, in support of Navy Acquisition management. Experience with Navy/DoD C4I systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.
  • Experience in initiating and maintaining technical direction within broad program objectives directly related to Navy/DoD C4I Systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.
  • Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the DOD 5000 series. Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, systems engineering, system acquisition, integration and financial management.



Education Requirements:
 
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Management or Technical Discipline. Required.  Allowable Substitutions:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Master of Arts/Master of Science (MA/MS).
  • Technical Discipline - when used in relation to educational or work experience requirements, “technical discipline” shall mean in the field of Engineering, Mathematics or Sciences.

  • U.S. Citizenship required. Candidate must have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance.
