Position Description: Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking Workforce Development (WFD) Lead Instructors “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the US Navy in Norfolk, Virginia and San Diego, California. 
Imagine One is seeking WFD Lead Instructors to fill the following Project Team Roles:
  • Project Manager (PM)
  • Contract Specialist (CS)
  • Port Engineer (PE)
  • Shipbuilding Specialist (SBS)
  • Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS)
 Experience Requirements:  
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience with Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience with Regional Maintenance Center Project Team Roles and Responsibilities.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience delivering classroom instruction.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related Project Team Role (PM, CS, PE, SBS, or QAS).
Educational Requirements: 
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree
Security Requirements:  
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Secret Clearance
