Imagine One is currently seeking a mid-level Configuration Manager to support the U.S. Navy’s Program Executive Office Littoral Combat Ships (PEO LCS) Program. The Configuration Manager will provide shipboard systems configuration management, to include acquisition, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle sustainment. Work will be performed on/near the Washington Navy Yard. This position is for immediate work and will be contingent upon approvals by the prime contractor and/or the government.
 
Experience Requirements:  
 
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience with US Navy ships and shipboard systems in configuration management, acquisition, operation, maintenance, and lifecycle sustainment.
  • Experience evaluating and processing ship design Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and Proposed Change Work (PCW) submittals.
  • Experience in design, construction, and fleet introduction of Naval Ships to include design changes, ship alterations and identification of how these alterations affect configuration, operations, training and life cycle sustainment.
  • Familiarity with Navy CM Databases (A Plus).
 
Educational Requirements: 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree
