Position Description: 
Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking mid-level and senior Help Desk Technicians “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the US Navy in Newport, Rhode Island. 
  • Provide Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk support services. 
  • Interview customers calling the Help Desk, diagnose and respond to a wide range of IT related issues, and escalate to higher support level if necessary.
  • Act as first responder and primary dispatch for all facets of IT services, including application support, hardware support, unclassified/classified networks, file and print services, domain access, AIS Information Security, telephones, and cellphones using the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) application.
  • Create, record, and verify user accounts used to access assets in classified and unclassified environments and distribute token cards used to access accounts.
  • Manage ordering, distribution, and inventory of all domestic and international cell phones, smart phones, air cards, calling cards, conference calls, and accessories.
Experience Requirements:  
For Mid-level candidates:
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience providing help desk & client support services to DoD contracts. Navy-specific experience preferred but not required.
For Senior candidates:
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience providing help desk & client support services to DoD contracts. Navy-specific experience preferred but not required.
Educational Requirements: 
For Mid-level candidates:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
  • One of the following professional certifications: Security+; GSEC; or SSCP.
For Senior candidates:
  • Master’s degree (MS/MA)
  • One of the following professional certifications: CISSP or CASP.
All candidates:
  • Experience with some of the following products & tools: iET Help Desk Software, FlexLM License Management/System, Argent, ProLaw, MS Project, MS Office Suite, MS System Center Suite, Visio.
Security Requirements:  
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Secret Clearance
