Imagine One is seeking a Policy Analyst / Test & Evaluation Planner to perform the following duties in support of Program Executive Office, Littoral Combat Ships​ (PMS 505):

  • Develop, implement, and maintain plans and tracking mechanisms that map programmatic requirements to planned test events. 
  • Investigate, identify and engage in the appropriate meetings to obtain situational awareness of ongoing test events affecting LCS 1-4.  This will include participation in the following routine mtgs
    • PEO LCS T&E OSB (WNY - weekly) 
    • PEO LCS T&E Steering Group (WNY - weekly)
    • PMS 420 T&E Integration Meeting (WNY - weekly)
    • LCS IND(v) meetings conducted by LCSRON 1 for even hull ships(weekly telcon)
    • LCS IND(v) meetings conducted by LCSRON 1 for even hull ships(weekly telcon)
    • LCS FRE(v) meetings conducted by LCSRON 2 for odd hull ships(weekly telcon)
    • Waterfront Planner Meeting  (weekly telcon)
    • TYCOM Scheduler Meetings (weekly telcon)
    • Ship Systems PARMs for ship equipment
    • NAVSEA Labs
    • SPAWAR for C4I systems
    • Industry and Shipyards when ships are in commercial yards
    • SPAWAR for C4I systems
  • Represent and provide support to PMS 505R for Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM), Maintenance and Modernization Availability Duration Working Groups (MMADWG), Fleet Introduction and Sustainment Panel (FISP) meetings, and Surface Master Plan (SMP) conferences.
  • Develop technical justifications in support of programmatic positions and decisions in support of planned test events.
  • Coordinate with Fleet and other stakeholders to develop and promulgate a single integrated plan to support all test events.   
  • Provide technical expertise in researching, planning, and conducting and evaluating combat system integration and test and trial activities.
  • Develop T&E briefings, reports, naval messages, and official correspondence on behalf of LCS Readiness Directorate (PMS 505R)
  • Track and manage T&E related actions for PMS 505R DPAPM as identified by PEO LCS T&E and the T&E team.  
  • Attend applicable Test Events on behalf of PMS 505 as identified by the PAPM/DPAPM

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Five (5) years of relevant fleet operational and test & evaluation experience​

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Secret Clearance
