Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Program Protection, Security and Information Assurance (IA) Task Manager “CONTINGENT” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the US Navy in Washington, D.C. 
 
The Program Protection, Security and IA Task Manager will oversee a team providing the following support:
  • Provide information, advice, and recommendations for process improvement, facilitation, strategic planning, and program management support pertaining to Program Protection, Security, and Information Assurance.
  • Draft SIPRNET request letters, document request letters, security appointments letters, and Interim Authority to Operator (IATO) request letters.
  •  Provide information, advice, and recommendations for system certification and accreditation in accordance with DoD Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP) and any other applicable security accreditation guidelines, for the changes to current and newly developed hardware.
  • Coordinate and support technical review of security certification and accreditation documentation, procedures, change proposals, processes and security directives
  • Prepare plans for and coordinate annual threat briefs for PEO IWS6.0 and field activities.
  • Draft Naval Operation Security (OPSEC) updates and coordinate with POCs test/documentation at test sites.
  • Coordinate with Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) regarding input to support threat assessment, which includes gaining access to systems and database for IA related information updates.
  • Participate in Security interchanges with DoD, National Security Agency (NSA), Defense Security Service (DSS) and other unnamed agencies.
  • Support cyber engineering efforts and enclave development.
  • Monitor status of compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) including working group support.
 

Experience Requirements:   
  • Minimum 15 years of experience with DoD System Engineering acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government Technical Management, or Industry or Government business management.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Protection, Security and IA.
 

Educational Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
 

Security Requirements:  
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Secret Clearance
