IMAGINE ONE TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT, LTD. is currently hiring a Program Analyst to support our NAVAIR (PMA-275), Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract.  This position is to support the PMA-275 Production Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the area of Military Standard Requisition & Issue Process (MILSTRIP) /  Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).  Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements:

Principal Requirements:  Performs program management, technical, or business analysis. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.  Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.  Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
 
Experience Requirements: Must have an minimum of eight (8) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the eight (8) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD 254. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules
 
Specific Requirements for this position:
  • Must have knowledge of NERP, including the ability to translate and capture NERP technical information
  • Must have knowledge of MILSTRIP Requisition processes, including tracking and carcass management
  • Must have knowledge of NAVSUP / Supply systems
  • Knowledge with ERP / MILSTRIP requisitioning to order and track the parts, knowledge of the process flow for carcass efforts, and knowledge on how to read and communicate with NAVSUP systems and IMs.  
  • Maintain and track ODS inventories for Production.
  • Maintain and track Production GFP OSD requirements.
  • Participate in inventory reviews at vendor locations (approximately 4-6/year at TX and PA locations)
  • Data entry as required
  • Familiar with JDRS and PQDR process


Educational Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Technical Discipline.

Security Requirements:  U.S Citizenship required. Current U.S. Government SECRET clearance is mandatory.
