Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., an employee owned WOSB, is currently hiring  a Program Analyst to support our NAVAIR (PMA-275), Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract in the area of Program Production Support.  Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements:

Principal Requirements: Performs program management, technical, or business analysis. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.  Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
Experience Requirements: Must have an minimum of eight (8) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the eight (8) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD 254. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Technical Discipline
Security Requirements: U.S Citizenship required. Current U.S. Government SECRET clearance is mandatory.
Essential Functions of Production Support:   
  • Support Production Lead and Manufacturing Quality Lead; represent leadership at meetings as required
  • Track aircraft and fuselage delivery status
  • Understand and be able to operate in the IPT process
  • Manage Program Production SharePoint site
  • Proficient MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint (benefit if experienced in MS Project); draft presentations and develop spreadsheets from data sources
  • Analyze incoming reports and metrics and distribute to production team members as required
  • Analyze supplier management and production line status reports
  • Manage DD250 data and Aircraft Inspection Deficiency Reports (AIDR), familiar with Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS)
  • Responsible for maintaining aircraft production data base
  • Initiate and Track Procurement Initiation Documents (PID); proficient in PMT process
  • Attend, control and facilitate meetings on various Production, Quality and Manufacturing subjects
  • Statistical analyses
