Position Description: Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking both full-time and part-time Mid CVN Ship Change Document (SCD) / Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MP&T) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the US Navy in Washington, D.C. 
Mid CVN SCD / MP&T SMEs provide professional, technical and administrative on-site support services to support US Navy missions. They analyze the programming and budgeting effects of the proposed capability and capacity changes resulting from the POM development process specifically related to Navy Manpower Provide analysis of any associated potential programming risks or benefits that may be caused by the addition or reduction of capabilities and capacity relative to the context of POM budget formulation. They assist with the administration of manpower and training requirements under the Divisions purview. They extract, review and analyze manpower requirements inputs placed in the Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), the Intelligent Workbook (IW), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), and other databases as required to assist in identification of potential and future billet investments and changes to personnel utilization, etc. They assist with the coordination and communication with Navy Manpower/Personnel community managers on behalf of the Manpower and Training Branch Head. They assist with the determination of education, training, competency and certification requirements. They assist with the review, coordination and approval process of Navy Training Systems Plans and Training Planning Process Methodology for systems resourced by the division.
Experience Requirements:  
  • Required: Five (5) years DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management and at least 10 years supervisory experience.                                                                                          
  • Required: Knowledge of US Navy Deck Systems, Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, and Damage Control.
  • Preferred: Ten (10) years of professional experience in Navy ships and systems.
Educational Requirements: 
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Secret Clearance
