Imagine One is now hiring a System Administrator / Subject Matter Expert 3 to support an awarded contract with The Department of Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic), N. Charleston, South Carolina.  We are hiring professionals who will be a part of a service center for the Collaborative Engineering Tools Services (CETS) production environment with a goal of implementing an engineering tools service to help embed System Engineering (SE) rigor into projects.  This will be accomplished through a scalable platform infrastructure while supporting all aspects of the software development/engineering lifecycle.  Requirements are as follows:


Experience Requirements:
  • Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Information Technology, to include data center hosting, commercial cloud hosting, virtual machine design and implementation, database selection, system engineering application lifecycle management (ALM) tools, ALM training, serviceimplementation, and information assurance factors.
  • Four (4) years of experience demonstrating the ability to plan and lead a technical/engineering team in multiple, diverse engineering disciplines.


For a full Back-End System Administrator Role:
Experience to include: Experience in data center hosting and commercial cloud hosting, skills and experience with virtual machine implementation utilizing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) client operating systems, experience and working Oracle 12c R2 DBA knowledge and familiar with other major RDBMS (i.e., SQL Server, DB2, etc.), experience with implementation of system engineering application lifecycle management (ALM) tools such as IBM Jazz Tool Suite, experience with SAN backup implementation and sustainment support, experience in system design integration planning for multiple large-scale installations, experience in new IT service implementation, experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) design and development, experience with supporting and testing Disaster Recovery implementation, experience providing IA support in a RHEL environment utilizing various IA tools and checklists (DISA STIGs/SRC, IAVM, VRAM, ACAS, SCAP, etc.), experience with IBM license server and tokens administration, experience supporting LDAP instance that is integrated in an IBM Jazz Tool Suite environment.
 


IBM Jazz Tool Suite and Other:
  • DOORS and DOORS Next Gen, Rational Quality Manager, Rational Team Concert and Rational Publishing Engine
  • IBM Rational License Key Server/tokens experience a plus;
  • Splunk and Solar Wind a plus
 

For IBM Jazz Tool Suite Middleware Administrator Role:
Experience to include: Skills and experience in data center hosting and commercial cloud hosting, knowledgeable and experience in virtual machine environment and implementation utilizing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) client operating system, skills and experience working with Oracle 12c R2 RDBMS and other major RDBMS (SQL Server, DB2, etc.), knowledgeable and experience supporting and implementation of system engineering application lifecycle management (ALM) tools – IBM Jazz Tool Suite, skills and experience in design and integration of new systems within a large-scale environment in support of various tool sets, able to assist with and support IBM Jazz Tool suite (ALM Tools) training, skills and experience in new IT service implementation, skills and experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), skills and experience providing IA support for all middleware vendor applications including security patches and upgrades, experience with IBM License key server and tokens.

For IBM Rational/Jazz Tools Suite Front-End Administrator Role:
Experience to include: Experience working within a data center hosting and commercial cloud hosting, experience working with Oracle 12c R2 SQL scripts and other major RDBMS (SQL Server, DB2, etc.) environments to build one-off reports and lists, familiar with other scripting languages C#, knowledgeable and experience supporting and implementation of system engineering application lifecycle management (ALM) tools – IBM Jazz Tool Suite, experience implementing and integrating new systems within a large-scale environment in support of various tool sets, experience and able to support ALM Tools (IBM Jazz Tool Suite products) training, provide technical support for demonstration to potential customers and/or new features introduced into the system, experience in new IT service implementation, understand Software as a Service (SaaS), experience providing vendor based IA support requirements, experience with business development, experienced with requirements gathering and definition, experience with customer service and support at all support levels, experience with identifying and integration of future tools into a production environment, experience with assisting customers setup and configure their private instance of IBM Rational tools workspaces, act as a Subject Matter Expert for all IBM products

Certification Requirements:

Must meet Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification criteria specified in DoD 8570-01M which includes:
  •  DoD 8570.01M Baseline Certificate for IAT Level II:  Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+; or IAT Level III (i.e., CISSP (or Associate), CASP CE, CISA)
  • Any Operating System certification (i.e., Oracle; UNIX, Cisco, CCNA; CompTIA Linux+; Windows (i.e., MCSE, MCITP [2008 Server Administrator], MCTS))


Education:
  • Bachelor of Science and in-depth Technical Training in IT Infrastructure implementation of a new application service on a data center or commercial cloud.

Security Requirements: 
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Candidate must have an active DoD Secret clearance.
