IMAGINE ONE TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT, LTD. is currently hiring a Financial Analyst to support our NAVAIR (PMA-275), Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract. Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements:


Principal Requirements: Performs analytical and evaluative work requiring a comprehensive knowledge of: (1) theory and principles; (2) financial and management organization, operations, and practices; (3) pertinent statutory or regulatory provisions; and (4) related basic economic, accounting, and legal principles. Develop and analyze impacts of budget marks. Assist with development of appropriate acquisition documentation regarding financial interest items.



Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of four (4) years financial management experience; two (2) years of which include DoN procurement policies and procedures experience.
  • Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR,), Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process and two years of DoN procurement policies and procedures. 
  • Navy ERP knowledge is required.
 

Specific Technical Requirements:
  • Provide budget and financial management support to the Core Avionics and CNI IPTs
  • Coordinate execution of multiple fiscal years of Core Avionics/CNI Navy, Marine, Air Force and SOCOM requirements with MV-22 and CV-22 Lead BFMs.
  • Coordinate the development of labor and material requirements for each appropriation
  • Assist in the development of future years budgets
  • Track obligations and expenditures
  • Provide input for various financial drills on behalf of the Core Avionics and CNI IPTs
  • Collect, analyze and update requirements in the Command Staffing tool
  • Provide input for financial briefings for IPT Leads
  • Prepare WAAs as needed for Core Avionics and CNI IPT requirements
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings i.e, PPCs, Financial Reviews, Contract Status, PID Reviews, SOW reviews.
  • Experienced in working with the Navy ERP, PMT and ideally a Common Spend Plan Tool.
  • Input requirements into the Spend Plan Tool and update as needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access software.
  • Be familiar with a wide range of appropriations, appropriation laws and NAVAIR policies:APN1, APN5, RDT&E,N, O&MN.Air Force appropriations BP11, BP16, BP10, AF,RDT&E, AF, O&M, SOCOM Procurement, SOCOM RDT&E, SOCOM O&M.


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Management or Finance Required

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Candidate must have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance.
