Imagine One is currently seeking a Contract Admin /Program Analyst to perform critical financial and administrative support on a large US Navy task in Norfolk, Virginia.  This individual will support government and contractor staff operations at a government leased building in Norfolk, Virginia. Individual will provide financial analysis, administrative support, and contractual oversight for all aspects of the program. 
Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Assistance in the overall monitoring of financial and contractual requirements for the Navy Maritime Maintenance Systems Enterprise (NMMES) Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) contract through the NAVSEA Seaport-E contract.
  • Create numerous Cost to Complete (CTC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) analyses and alert senior management to any funding variances.
  • Responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements are met and all Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) are maintained for the entire contract.
  • Provide administrative support to the government management team and the contract Program Manager to meet program objectives. This will include, but not be limited to, handling correspondence, answering and directing telephone calls, arranging travel, scheduling meetings and conferences, and tracking the status of program deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Perform analysis, development and review of organization administrative operating procedures to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Experience Requirements:
  • This position requires excellent team skills and the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the activity. 
  • A minimum of two (2) years Government contracting experience. Demonstrated ability to review and edit correspondence and reports using MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • A high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience with Contract Deliverable tracking is highly preferred.
  • Experience with the analyzing and monitoring financials for a CPIF contract is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
  • Associate’s Degree.
  • Allowable Substitutions: A High School Degree and six (6) years of experience may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree (AA/AS).
Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.  Must currently have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
