Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., is currently hiring a Program Analyst to support NAVAIR (PMA-275), Program Management Support Services (PMSS) in the area of Program Operations Support.  Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements:

Principal Duties: Performs program management, technical, or business analysis. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and IPT directed business meetings.  Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

Essential Functions of Operations Support:   
  • A dynamic, interpersonal individual with unlimited initiative.
  • Expertise in all military administrative functions including the preparation, reviewing and routing of official correspondence and awards.  (experience as a military admin chief would be ideal)
  • Expert with MS Office software (Primarily MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; MS Project, Access and Visio a plus.
  • Ability to conceptualize, organize and prepare MS PowerPoint briefs and presentations from scratch.
  • Previous experience working with/in a SharePoint environment.
  • Background in web-based enterprise correspondence management tools.
  • Understanding of personnel and physical security requirements.

Experience Requirements: Must have a minimum of eight (8) years experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline and included in the eight (8) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD 254. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules.


Education Requirements:      
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Technical Discipline (an additional 4 years of experience required for each level of education missing)

Security Requirements:
  • U.S Citizenship required. Current U.S. Government SECRET clearance is mandatory.

Note: This position is not an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant billet.  The Program Analyst in Operations will assist the Military Program Manager (PM) and Civilian Deputy Program Manager (DPM) in the preparation of briefs/presentations for PEO and higher-level audiences.  The Program Analyst will also assist in the preparation of civilian, USMC, USN and USAF awards.  Will interface with Integrated Program Team Leads (IPTLs) and Assistant Program Managers (APMs) gathering operational status information to fulfill weekly updates and other requirements on a daily basis, .
