Imagine One is now interviewing Program / Project Managers to lead successful implementation of Department of Logistics Agency (DLA) J6 Information Operations enterprise solution architecture and application integration, perform enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional system and manage information technology (IT) projects  focused on centralization and decentralization of applications, systems and solutions as determined by the Government.  The Program / Project Manager's mission will include utilizing the strengths of geographically-dispersed teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals, who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems while conducting the overall day-to-day contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and personnel simultaneously and work with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Managerss, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives and assist in developing, maintaining and securing  new DLA business.
 
Experience Requirements:
 
  • Demonstrated experience performing all job duties stated in description above with five (5) years of experience in program management and 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in IT.
  • Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and meet education requirements stated below. 
  • Experience with DLA IT acquisition process and its milestones and  analyzing a variety of source documentation to support the creation of acquisition documentation is also required.
  • Additional technical competency in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems for DLA is essential. 
  • Highly desirable qualifications could include some or all of the following DOD 8570.01 Information Assurance Management (IAM) certifications:  Level III, (i.e. GSLC ,CISM, CISSP (or Associate) and current experience providing high-level enterprise architectural strategy and support for team generated solutions to managers and technical staff across DLA J6 and/or other DLA “end user” operational business lines.
 
Educational Requirements: 
  • BS or BA or 4 additional years of related experience.

Security Requirements:  
  • DOD Secret Clearance, is required
  • Candidates must be eligible for an IT-II as well as a certification meeting the DOD 8570.01 IAM Level III 
  • U.S. citizenship required
