Position Description:  Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently recruiting multiple Mid-Level and Senior Finance Analysts supporting the Multi-functional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Program Office (MPO) PMA/PMW-101.
 
The Finance Analysts will perform financial management duties, including: Updating budget controls for budget submissions; Preparing and/or updating budgetary data calls; Preparing reclaims to budget cuts; Preparing and/or updating data execution calls; Utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and Intranet Resource Allocation Planning Systems (IRAPS); Preparing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions; and, Developing and managing budget spend plans.
 
Experience Requirements:
  • For Senior Candidates: Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a DoD Program Office performing financial management duties, to include the above mentioned areas.
  • For Mid-Level Candidates: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a DoD Program Office performing financial management duties, to include the above mentioned areas.
  • Must possess superb verbal, written and interpersonal skills appropriate to working in a multi-national program office as well as at all levels of the organization and at similar levels outside the organization.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications. 
Desired Experience:
Senior Candidates
  • Experience preparing President’s Budget (PB), Office of Budget (FMB), and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Budget exhibits.
  • Experience managing annual Spend Plans, Direct Projects and Budget Structures including the preparation and processing of funding documents.
  • Experience in the review and evaluation of industry cost/price proposals and responding to cost issues/questions.
  • Experience acting as point of contact (POC) for financial contract issues.
  • Experience in leading budget submissions.
  • Experience in reconciling and validating available sales order balances at year end to roll over to next fiscal year for obligation.
  • Experience in coordinating with the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team to track deposits fees from FMS customers.
 
Mid-Level Candidates
  • Experience in preparing PB, FMB, and OSD budgets.
  • Experience in the preparation of the financial presentations.
  • Experience preparing charts and financial quarterly reports.
  • Experience managing annual Spend Plans, Direct Projects and Budget Structures including the preparation and processing of funding documents.
  • Experience with budget submission activities.
  • Experience in developing and presenting financial charts International meetings.
  • Experience with coordinating fees deposited from FMS customers.
  • Experience with reconciling and validating available sales order balances at year end to roll over to next fiscal year for obligation.
  • Experience in interpreting and consolidating various team member reviews of Basis of Estimates in various technical proposals.
     
 Educational Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Desired: Master’s degree in business, political science, or finance
  • Desired Certifications:
    • For Senior Level: DAU Business-Financial Management (FM) DAWIA Level III Certification
    • For Mid-Level: DAU Business-FM DAWIA Level II Certification
 
Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required. Candidate must have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance
