Imagine One is currently seeking a contingent Technical Data Analyst - Junior Level within the U.S. Navy’s Program Executive Office, Littoral Combat Ship (PEO LCS). We are looking for a Technical Data Analyst - Junior Level to provide technical data support and assistance to Program Office, PMS 505.
 
The candidate will:
 
  • Maintain the list of Technical Data, including technical manuals, CSOSS, EOSS, DOSS and PMS required at delivery/crew move aboard/sail away.
  • Collect and retain progress information from ILS managers, warfare centers and shipbuilders, monitor completion status, and report metrics as appropriate.
  • Support ILS Managers with follow up support to work with field organizations and resolve barriers and obstacles to completion of government reviews of Technical Data.
  • Maintain documentation for all government contract requirements related to Data Rights.
  • Support ILS Managers, Technical Manual Management Activities, and reviewers in applying data rights policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
  • Participate in Technical Data Working Group meetings; assist in preparing minutes and agendas.
 
Educational Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
 
Experience Requirements:  
 
  • Two or more years of business analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
  • Prior military experience is required, Navy experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with HAYSTACK, CDMD-OA, COSAL, ICAPS, NDE (a plus).

Security Requirements:  
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
