Imagine One is currently seeking candidates for a contingent position providing support to the PMS 505R Front Office.  We are looking for a mid-level Program Analyst. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C. Job duties include:
  • Develop reports, naval messages, and official correspondence on behalf of PMS 505R.
  • Review, revise and incorporate inputs to briefings from PMS 505R; fact-checking and editing for continuity of content, formatting, mechanics (basic grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.) and intention (communicating intended message to intended audience).
  • Ability to provide analytical, mature feedback and recommendations to 505R on other PMS 505 Departments and across the PEO LCS Program Offices.
  • Keep abreast of events, policy changes, and decisions affecting, or with the potential to affect, PMS 505R.
  • Serve as liaison between PMS 505R and other PMS 505 Departments.
  • Provide support during execution and reporting of results in the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM+ / eRM) program development.Assess performance, and provide analytical recommendations regarding program improvements, resources, and budgets.
Experience Requirements:  
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Ability to logically prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and effectively schedule required meetings or follow-up actions.
  • Familiarity with DON and DoD structure, policy, and procedures with an understanding of the Navy Resourcing Process.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Basic understanding of naval engineering principles, integrated logistics support (ILS), and business financial management.
  • Desired qualifications:
    • Previous experience with LCS Class ships and waterfront organizations.
    • Previous experience as OPNAV Action Officer or Flag Aide.
    • Experience/Exposure to U.S. Navy Fleet Operations and Maintenance Planning and Execution.
    • Experience with depot-level repair and USN Ship Planned Maintenance System.
Educational Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Desired qualification: Master’s degree
Security Requirements:  
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
