Position Description: Imagine One (Lexington Park region) is currently seeking a dynamic assertive and experienced Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Senior Program Analyst in support of Multi-Mission Helicopter (MMH) Program Office, Program Management Activity (PMA 299) FMS Program Management Support. The FMS Senior Program Analyst will analyze program and support requirements, program schedules and perform other related management tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities; oversee assigned program activities in support of the Program/Case Manager; participate in meetings to support program objectives and represents the Program/Case Manager and all other duties assigned.
 

Experience Requirements:
  • Six (6) years of relevant work experience supporting U.S. Government programs with three (3) years of FMS; relevant experience including performing a wide range of analytic tasks; development of recommendations; and preparation of clear, succinct reports for management consideration.
 

Furthermore:
  • Requires deep experience doing acquisition specialist type work for ACAT I, II and III programs – e.g., Acquisition Strategy (AS), Acquisition Baseline (AB), Acquisition Plan (AP), requirements documents, Selected Acquisition Report (SAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES)), POM issues, PID tracking, Milestone Review preps, SOW and CDRL prep, PID tracking, etc.
  • Strong domestic acquisition support and DoD 5000 experience required.
  • A working knowledge of DOD SAP policies and procedures relating to FMS is required.
  • Experience with identifying programmatic requirements for FMS agreements and responding to Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Availability (P&A), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) is required.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
 

Education: B.A. or B.S. in a business, management or technical discipline.
 

Acceptable Education Substitution:
  • An additional two (2) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or an additional four (4) years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma/GED can be substituted for the education requirement.
 

Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Candidate must have active Secret Clearance or be eligible to successfully obtain interim Secret clearance.
