Imagine One is currently seeking a wide range of candidates for an immediate opening supporting the U.S. Navy’s Program Executive Office, Littoral Combat Ship (PEO LCS). We are looking for a Mid-Level Transition Agent / Analyst to support the process of moving systems/programs from acquisition to in-service within PEO LCS. The candidate will provide recommendations and suggestions in addition to programmatic administrative and process support.  The candidate will work with PMS 505 and PMS 420 along with NAVSEA 05. 
 
The candidate shall provide the following services:
 
  • Assist in ensuring a consistent and seamless approach to Service Readiness, engaged throughout the project lifecycle, making certain all support functions are aware, prepared and capable of supporting new deploying capabilities.
  • Assist in ensuring and managing the smooth transition of new or changed systems into the functioning environment, working on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations that will lead to the enhancement of system technologies that improve the effectiveness of deployed systems along with the requisite processes that support the program’s lifecycle.
  • Assist in the operation of a highly effective Change Management process in order to minimize disruption and program operations.
  • Perform analyses and provide reports and recommendations on potential threats to littoral combat systems and operations.
  • Serve as an active participant and interact with project teams analyzing processes and policies for Acceptance and Readiness to ensure quality is maintained to meet program objective and ensure risks are identified and communicated.
  • Encourage and promote process improvement and serve as an enthusiastic advocate for change.
 
Educational Requirements:
 
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree. Degree in Engineering, Acquisition/Logistic or Supply Change Management is preferred.
 
Experience Requirements:  
 
  • At least five (5) years of experience in applying engineering, architecture, Logistics/ Acquisition and/or Supply Chain Management principles in support of systems or programs.
  • Must have Fleet experience.
  • Must be familiar with processes and policies of non-conformance requests and departure requests.
  • Must be capable of conducting independent work on small projects.
  • In-service fleet experience is highly desired.
