Imagine One is currently seeking candidates for a contingent position providing data management support to the PEO Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) contract.  We are looking for a Mid-Level Post Delivery ILS Analyst. Work will be performed in Washington, DC.

Job duties include:
  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager with relevant data and status information as required to respond to requests and interact with field activities to support the accomplishment of milestones and objectives.
  • Assist in tracking shipbuilder progress in delivery of required logistics products (Contract Delivery Requirements List (CDRL) items, proposed configuration changes), Government review of those products, and preparation and consolidation of review comments.
  • Monitor and track Post Shakedown Availability (PSA)/Post Delivery Availability (PDA)/Regional Maintenance Modernization Coordination Office (RMMCO) Alteration Installation Team (AIT) work packages, identify ILS products requiring revision, and track delivery of those products to completion.
  • Assist in collecting ILS products and documentation for inclusion in Transfer Books for each ship at the end of the shipbuilding period.
  • Assist with preparation of listing undelivered logistics products for inclusion in the DD-250.
  • Assist in compiling backup copies of logistics products, such as Technical Manual Index and technical manuals, Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs) and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs), Engineering Operational Sequencing System (EOSS), Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS), Consolidated Shipboard Allowance Listing (COSAL), and others, to support Logistics Rider during ship’s trials events.
  • Assist in conducting configuration audits of ships during the Post Delivery period, and preparation of corrective work files for submittal to the Configuration Data Manager (CDM) via the Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) application for updating of the ship’s configuration database.
  • Attend and participate in shipbuilder Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings; monitor resulting action items and assignments; assist in resolution of issues, coordinate with participants.
  • Assist in preparations for Government participation in quarterly Logistics Readiness Reviews (LRRs) with the shipbuilder and in the related quarterly Ship Production Progress Conferences (SPPCs). 
  • Attend LRR and SPPC Meetings in person or by telcon. Assist in monitoring resulting ILS related action items and assignments and assist in resolution of issues, coordinating with government and industry participants, and working closely with the ILS Manager.
 Experience Requirements:  
  • Four (4) or more years of logistics or business analysis experience
  • Experience with Navy Shipbuilding Program support and/or Integrated Logistics Support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) application.
  • Prior military experience.
 Educational Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or equivalent experience.

  • Secret Clearance
