Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., an employee owned WOSB, is currently hiring a Program Analyst to support our NAVAIR (PMA-275), Program Management Support Services (PMSS) contract V-22 Survivability IPT.  Work will be performed at Patuxent River Naval Station, Maryland.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following requirements:

Principal Requirements: Performs program management, technical, or business analysis. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.  Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
 
Experience Requirements: Must have an minimum of eight (8) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the eight (8) years, there must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD 254. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules.
 
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Technical Discipline

Security Requirements: U.S Citizenship required. Current U.S. Government clearance is mandatory.

Essential Functions of Survivability IPT Support:   
  • Develop and coordinate Statements of Work (SOW) for Engineering Changes Proposals (ECPs)
  • Manage projects and coordinate within the IPT and with other IPTs inside the PMA
  • Support all DOD Acquisition requirements
  • Initiate and Track Procurement Initiation Documents (PID); proficient in PMT process (PID to award)
  • Develop and coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Coordinate and support technical reviews and the evolution of proposals.
  • Drafting of Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL’s)
  • Manage GFE/GFI requirements for V-22 Retrofit Kits
  • Understand and operate in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
  • Track and initiate program risks
  • Support Survivability Lead; represent leadership at meetings; provide briefings as required
  • Proficient MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint (benefit if experienced in MS Project); draft presentations and develop  spreadsheets from data sources
  • Operate within the Program SharePoint tool
  • Responsible for maintaining ECP data base for V-22 Retrofit install requirements
  • Communicate and work with the Fleet (USMC/USAF/USN) in support of aircraft and system requirements.
