, a DoD contractor, is currently seeking a wide range of candidates for “contingent” openings supporting potential future work on a Navy program. We are seeking a Program Manager
who will be supporting Information Technology (IT) efforts. The candidate will direct all IT services to over 6,000 Navy customers in the national capital region. Supporting areas include: customer services, database administration, software development, system and application support, system rationalization and consolidation, information assurance (IA), Assessment and Authorization (A&A), portfolio management, NMCI tech refreshes, SharePoint site maintenance, web portal upgrades, program analysis, system analysis, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) development, engineering, installation, integration, training, testing, managing and/or operating Navy hardware, software and related systems.
The Program Manager
will act as the single point of contact (POC) for the purpose of communicating issues, concerns, or problems arising during the contract performance. The Program Manager
will be available to respond to customer questions, concerns, and comments, and be proactive in promptly alerting the Government to potential contractual and programmatic issues. They shall serve as the single contractor representative responsible for resolving all issues, concerns, and problems.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University and 14+ years of experience in the IT Industry or Master’s Degree and 12 years of said experience.
- Five (5) years of direct supervision managing a Government IT contract of greater than $20M.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
