Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Navy Modernization Process Master “contingent” on approval of credentials by customer. This position supports PEO Aircraft Carriers in Washington, DC and the responsibilities for the position include the following activities: 
  • Support PMS 312E (In-service Aircraft Carriers) with its responsibilities as a Ship Program Manager (SPM) in the Navy Modernization Process (NMP).
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of NMP requirements, operations, and interrelationships with other NMP stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review and/or formalize for approval and/or signature, as required, draft presentations, memoranda of understanding, official correspondence, response LARs, naval messages, instructions, articles, action items and issue papers in support of the PMS 312 Program Office related to Modernization/Acquisition matters.
  • Support Navy Modernization Process Team (NMPT) drumbeat and focus group meetings.
  • Assist PMS 312 with management of the Aircraft Carrier Integrated Design Engineering Activity (IDEA) process.
  • Review the Modernization Readiness Assessment (MRA) spreadsheet for impact to PMS 312 funded Ship Changes.
  • Recommend, review or prepare updates to modernization documentation including but not limited to the NMP-MOM, NAVSEA Tech Spec 9090-310, IDEA Manual, JFMM, and PEO Aircraft Carriers Instructions.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of NMP training materials required by PEO Aircraft Carriers.
  • Assist with management and improvement of the aircraft carrier Liaison Action Record (LAR) process.
  • Assist in scheduling, preparing for, facilitating, taking minutes for, and providing Action Tracking for the Planning Yard Program Review (PYPR) and IDEA Steering Committee. 
  • Provide Business Development and Capture Management for the growth of corporate operations.
Experience Requirements:   
  • Ten (10) years of experience administering and improving NMP policies and procedures.
  • Detailed knowledge of the NMP-MOM and NAVSEA Tech Spec 9090-310
  • Working knowledge of the IDEA Manual and the JFMM (as pertains to modernization, availability planning, Departures from Specification (DFS))
  • Knowledge of Aircraft Carrier configuration, systems, components, operations are desired
Educational Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree
    • Engineering, Physical Science, Business or Financial Management.

Security Requirements:  
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
