Position Description:  
  • Conduct cyber-related test and evaluation on aircraft mission and weapon systems
  • Analyze the architecture, engineering, functionality, interface, and interoperability of aviation systems in support of system level and system of systems level cyber security and cyber survivability at the operational and tactical levels. Requires Top Secret data access.
  • Analyze avionics, integrated mission computers, controls and displays and associated software systems required to support cyber security and cyber survivability test and evaluation on and across all platforms and support systems, including specialized hardware and software applications.
  • Support the planning, designing, directing, coordinating, conducting, and reporting of cyber security and cyber survivability test, evaluation, and experimentation projects.
  • Draft test documentation to include test plans and test reports
  • Execute test, capture test data, conduct test analysis
  • Brief test plans, test analysis and test reports
  • Support evaluation of multi-platform cyber security and cyber survivability via datalinks, SATCOM, digital networks, and other communication methods.
  • Support laboratory, ground, and flight tests for comprehensive test and evaluation support to ensure accurate performance evaluation and projection of cyber security and cyber survivability capabilities.

Experience Requirements: 
  • 4 years progressive engineering technical experience in aviation or aircraft test and evaluation field.

Educational Requirements: 
  • Minimum required High School Degree and completion of a technical school, trade school or advances armed services technical school or curriculum (at least 30 semester hours) at an accredited college or university in engineering, scientific or technical curricula.
  • Highly Regard a bachelor degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, physics or engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Highly Regarded Certifications:
  • Security + CE
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)

Travel Requirements:
Travel is required.

Security Requirements:  
  • U.S Citizenship is required.
  • An active Top Secret clearance is required.
